The product manufacturers are nearby firms. Their raw products stem mostly from the Biosphärenreservat Schorfheide-Chorin.

Freshness - Short transport routes keep the freshness (and reduce traffic). Taste - The products keep their natural aroma. Taboos are artificial colours, flavour enhancer and artificial flavours.
Health - The raw materials stem mostly from ecological crop growing and are free of pesticides.
