The sails of the Greiffenberger smock mill will turn again, power a grindstone and produce power.
Please help !
With that we will create again the cultural highlight of the Uckermark. Even the former Prime minister of Brandenburg, Manfred Stolpe, described the windmill as landmark at the entrance to the Uckermark.
We also contribute to environment protection:
Power producing with a historical windmill is possible. See an example below. The featured restored historical mill is situated in Großefehn in Eastern Friesland and is producing power.
If we approach the project in several steps then the way to the goal is not that far.
The 1st step is the rebuilding of the mill body (without installations and cap) with path and power connection.
The sum of 140.000 Euro is needed for the first section.
